About
Born in the Netherlands with Indian roots, her connection to yogic philosophy and spiritual practice began early through Sanskrit studies, Vedic teachings, mantra chanting, and traditional ceremonial practices introduced by her grandfather, a Vedic Pandit.
Years later, yoga became a central part of her own transformation journey, eventually leading her into decades of dedicated practice, teaching, and facilitation. Since 2019, she has continued her studies with internationally respected teachers including Laruga Glaser and Petri Räisänen, while also practicing in Mysore under the guidance of Sharath Jois.
Today, Goa serves as her primary base, where she works with individuals through private coaching, yoga, Ayurveda-informed practices, Tantra therapy, and embodiment-based transformational work. Tara Narain Official Website
