Facilitators

Our Specialists embedded into the retreat experience

Our facilitators play a central role in how the retreat creates lasting impact. They work directly with what emerges during the experience — especially in the ocean — where stress, reactions, and behavioral patterns become visible in real time. Through structured guidance, they help participants recognize these patterns, understand them, and translate them into practical tools. Their role is not to deliver isolated sessions, but to ensure that experience turns into awareness — and awareness into change.

The Role of Facilitation

The retreat is built around a central experiential core, supported by complementary elements that reinforce the overall process.

Meet the Facilitators

Rishi Rongala

Leadership Integration & Nervous System Work

Works directly with what emerges during the ocean experience, helping participants process and regulate real-time stress responses, pressure, and behavioral patterns.

His approach goes beyond regulation, translating these moments into structured awareness, clearer perception, and more deliberate decision-making under pressure — both on an individual level and within team dynamics.

Through applied nervous system work and awareness-based practices, participants develop capabilities they can directly transfer into leadership, communication, and high-performance environments.

Ann Loraine

Hostess & Experience Curation

Ann has over 10 years of experience in marketing, curating community events, and hosting. She brings a strong sense for group energy, atmosphere, and the small details that shape how people feel in a space.

Based in Goa, she combines thoughtful hospitality, local insight, and a grounded presence to help people settle into the experience naturally.

She will be your guide to the social and emotional atmosphere of the retreat, creating an environment where participants feel comfortable, welcomed, and genuinely taken care of throughout their stay.
Her role: Her curated experience-led workshops will be unique for every group. To ensure it feels relaxed and well-held, so attendees can fully focus on the retreat, the ocean, and the experience itself.

Rahul Mangal

Embodied Awareness, Breathwork & Human Connection Practices

Works with what naturally surfaces throughout the retreat experience, helping participants process emotional responses, stress, and interpersonal dynamics through breathwork, movement, and grounded awareness practices.

His approach combines Conscious Connected Breathwork, Qi Gong, and guided connection exercises to support greater presence, emotional regulation, openness, and self-awareness — both individually and within group environments.

Through carefully facilitated experiences, participants develop a stronger connection to themselves and others, while building qualities that naturally transfer into everyday life, communication, leadership, and team dynamics.

Tara Narain

Embodiment, Yoga & Transformational Coaching

Works directly with the connection between body, emotion, awareness, and personal transformation, helping participants slow down, reconnect with themselves, and process what naturally surfaces during the retreat experience.
Her approach combines traditional yogic practice, embodied awareness, transformational coaching, and nervous system regulation to support greater clarity, emotional balance, and self-perception.
Through yoga, reflection, breathwork, and guided coaching practices, participants develop practical tools for presence, resilience, emotional grounding, and sustainable personal growth.
